Policy

Life happens. We understand. Please help us maintain our high level of customer service by confirming your appointment by text, email, or phone. We now require a credit card on file to secure your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of an appointment price for cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice. We will confirm all appointments by text or email 48 hours in advance.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting new clients under the age of 13, and are no longer offering special rates for  existing clients under 13.

Retail products may be returned for store credit only.
